Based in Co. Clare, Chocolate Here is an artisan chocolate business, handmaking chocolate bars, truffles and more. I use only the finest Fair Trade and Single Origin chocolate in my produce. My business was started on foot of years spent chocolate tasting, making and sourcing.
Chocolate is my passion, pairing flavour combinations is the cornerstone of Chocolate Here. My flavour combinations are chosen to inspire the senses and enhance the natural flavour of my chocolate.
I am always experimenting with new flavours depending on what’s in season, what delights I have picked up in the markets and gourmet shops or, indeed, my mood. It could be a divine crystalised ginger, a deep rich coffee or elderflowers picked from a nearby tree.
I live with two expert tasters, Himself (husband, resident critic and coffee fanatic) and our HoneyB (daughter, trainee taster and mint-a-holic).
